New content is uploaded each month so you can continue growing and developing your skills over time with fresh choreography and technique exercises.

With your Monthly Membership you can enjoy dance styles ranging from Jazz and Musical Theatre, to Tap and Ballet. If you are looking to work up a sweat and stay fit join me for some High Intensity Interval Training workouts, or come flow into a Yoga class.

WHAT AGES AND LEVELS ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR?
Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers ages 11 and up. Enjoy dancing together with your son or daughter at home, or sign them up for their own membership and they can follow along by themselves.
The online membership is a good fit for a variety of users. Not sure if you are a good fit? If any of the list below fits you you're in the right place.
1. Pre-professional dancers, singers, and actors ages 16-30 will enjoy learning from an experienced performer. They will benefit from the range of dance styles offered, growing in their technique and skill level, and training in relevant material that will help prepare them for their futures.
2. Youth and young adults ages 11-18 will enjoy nurturing their curiosity and love for dance by trying out new styles and learning more about their bodies through movement.
3. Moderately fit and coordinated adults ages 18-75 who dance and exercise for fun will enjoy having a committed platform where they can come to move their bodies and stay mentally and physically fresh.
